Особенно часто пишут о связи инсулина и аппетита или женских половых гормонов и повышения аппетита, но сегодня я хочу посмотреть на этот вопрос с совершенно другой стороны, с той, с которой я ещё не читала ни у одного блоггера или диетолога🤷🏼‍♀️ Я хочу рассмотреть переедание - как один из видов зависимости, ведь пищевая зависимость действительно является одной из самых сильных и распространённых зависимостей, хотя многие это ошибочно зависимостью и заболеванием не считают🤷🏼‍♀️ И достаточно часто, появление какой-либо зависимости обусловлено генетически и физиологически именно на гормональном уровне❗️А именно, обусловлено гормональной особенностью - врождённым пониженными уровнем серотонина - гормона удовольствия🤩 (Продолжение👇🏻)

Day 2 & 5 - 2 servings if egg whites, cup of spinach, 200g of strawberries and coffee! Feeling drained today, but still got to the gym and still pushing along. Day 1, I didn't even eat dinner because of the amount of food it had and my irregular eating times. ☕ Here's to W2D2 Ladies!

It's only when you look back on photos that you realise how different you've become... I was always petite, never considered big in any way shape or form, I've spent the last 6 years throwing myself into various sports (boxing, weight lifting, bouldering, pole fitness, aerial hoop, surfing, fell running ect ect) So much has changed over the years but it's definitely changed for the better 😁💪 NEVER let anyone tell you that you're not capable of something 💕 .....................................................................

I am strong. But sometimes, like this morning, I need this reminder. I’ve been up since 230am with my daughter who just refused to sleep any longer. And believe me, I tried. So on a day like today, where I don’t feel as strong, I will tell myself over and over until I believe it.

Glutes and Hammies🍑🔥 I personally like to do multiple variations of the same workout. For example, today I did two types of Deadlifts and two types of Glute Bridges. . Well I had a great back and arm session and I actually don’t have much to say this time😜 . . . It started to snow when I was doing some cardio ❄️ 🌨☃️ it’s beautiful, but only when you’re inside! I’ve to go horse riding later on, so hopefully the roads aren’t that slippery 😅 . But first, we have to get some studying done! I have an exam on Friday and one next Friday so hopefully I’ll pass! . Assim, o seu metabolismo é acelerado, e consequentemente, o GASTO CALÓRICO também é. *DICA* Procure sempre criar um café da manhã que seja equilibrado. Muitas pessoas vão pelo que julgam ser saudável, e acabam comendo apenas frutas, ou apenas torradas etc. Se você não está em dieta específica, procure reunir proteínas, gorduras e carboidratos. Leites, ovos, Whey Protein são boas pedidas proteicas. Castanhas, leite de coco, são algumas opções de gorduras. Pães, aveia, abóboras, são algumas opções de carboidratos que você pode usar. E LEMBRE-SE: SE O TEMPO ESTIVER CORRIDO, EXPERIMENTE MONTAR UM SHAKE com os ingredientes acima. Pode salvar a sua vida ;) . . . . . . . . . .
