Самый приятный комплимент, который я получила за этот прекрасный период был за неделю до родов. Как сейчас помню, я пошла на make-up в качестве модели. Сидим болтаем с визажистом о том, о сём. Я жалуюсь на то, что ноги отекают. А она мне говорит а что с ними!? Я ей отвечаю, ну на последних неделях у всех так... а она мне, вы что в положении? Look after your gym clothes guys and gals! 👚👕 I take a lot more care than I used to over things like this, and I’ve noticed that it does seem to pay off 🏋🏻‍♀️ . . Wash your leggings & sports bras inside out & remove any bra padding 🌝everything can all go in together except for any plain whites. Wash on a low temp with good detergent- I use Ariel gel as it is effective on as low as 15c and I like planet earth 🌍🌎🌏There is no need to wash on a higher temp if you get good soaps 🧼 . . I sweat like mad so can only wear each outfit once before it needs a wash 🙃 but this means I can make up a load usually once every 2 weeks (10 ish outfits) - obviously if you’re not as much of a sweaty mess then you could probably wash less and save the planet a lil bit more than me 😭⏳ . . I only have like 3 white items for the gym specifically so I wash those with my normal whites wash - usually bedding ⛄️as my mother would kill me if she found out I ran a washing machine with only 3 items - again DONT DO THAT 🌎=🌪🔥 . . DO NOT TUMBLE DRY YOUR GYM WEAR - hang up inside or out and let everything air dry 🐥 (tbh tumble dryers are unnecessary full stop in my opinion but they make life easy and we humans love that 🧡) . . Gym clothes aren’t cheap & I want mine to last forEVER!!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I see it every day, most of you constantly keep avoiding and neglecting to do the simple things that you can do each day. And because you haven't built your life on a solid foundation you aren't fully able to take advantage of some of the more advanced tips and tricks that would absolutely help you on your quest for success! Get the basics right and you can build whatever life or empire you want and the basics start with you....It's an inside job and that means you can't keep looking outside of yourself to find the answers. You have to do the work, it's that simple and that means you have to run exceptional routines habits and patterns. That means you have to be disciplined enough to go to bed early enough to wake up feeling fresh and ready for the new day. That means you have to eat right and make the decisions which move you forward rather than pull you back. Get the basics right, dress well, speak well, show up early, work harder than everyone else at your company, manage your money properly, have a plan for the day... the list goes on, but everything I share with you guys is designed to help you build a solid foundation for your life by getting the basics right! Some people may not know what to do or how to lose weight when it comes to the nutrition part of things. Nutrition is just as important as training in the gym. The number one tip I can give anyone who wants to lose weight or to even gain weight is to be consistent with training and nutrition. ⁣ Being consistent will give you results and teach you good habits overtime. As 2019 is coming and 2018 is ending 2019 is another year for everyone to improve. Everyone often says, “New year new me” but that doesn’t have to be you. You do not have to change your whole self image. If you want to make changes whether they are big or small in your life set goals. Short term and long term goals are both awesome to have because they give motivation and a desire to works towards something you are passionate about. - When things get hard or motivation is lacking do not give up because of something push through that barrier because that means your getting closer to your goals. I often see people lose motivation and hope because people want progression in things really fast. Progress take time so be patient. Keep working and progression will come over time. It is all a process. — As we start the new year tomorrow, set yourself some goals and hold yourself accountable. Accountability is a key factor when working towards something. People often become lazy and give up, but if you want something in life you will do anything for it. This is a new year to improve and to get better each and everyday.
