Today’s workout Part A: Power clean and jerk should be between 70-80% of 1RM. Objective is to be fast and consistent in every rep completed. No failed attempts. Each rep should take :03-:05s to complete. Part B: Focus is moving for 14-16 minutes non stop. Unbroken reps on the squats and Kettlebell swings moving right unto the bike. Repeat for 4 more sets. Give yourself the chance to complete all reps unbroken by focusing on movement and lowering the load of the kettlebell.
